Filed under: Bengals, NFL Free Agency
Last week, agent Drew Rosenhaus created a buzz when he said that the Bengals had been in contact with his client, free agent WR Terrell Owens. The thought of T.O. teaming with Chad Ochocinco seemed too good (and obnoxious?) to be true. Turns out, it was.
According to multiple reports, Cincinnati agreed with Antonio Bryant on a four-year, $28 million deal Wednesday. Bryant's impending signing leaves no room for Owens on a wide receiver depth chart that also includes Ochocinco, Andre Caldwell and recently added Matt Jones, among others.
